At AVS Microgreens, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality microgreens and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 1-Month Subscription Plan
* All purchases under the 1-Month Subscription Plan are non-refundable.
* Once the subscription is confirmed and delivery has started, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
* This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of microgreens and the advance preparation involved.
2. 7-Day Microgreen Challenge (100% Refund Policy)
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee under our 7-Day Microgreen Challenge, subject to the following conditions:
* Customers must complete the full 7-day program.
* To be eligible for a refund, customers are required to:
* Return all 7 empty microgreen boxes/containers provided during the challenge.
* Ensure the boxes are returned in proper condition (not damaged intentionally).
* Refund requests must be made within 2 days of completing the challenge.
Once the returned boxes are verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Quality & Delivery Issues
* If you receive spoiled, damaged, or incorrect products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence.
* After verification, we may offer:Replacement, orPartial/full refund (at our discretion)
4. General Terms
* Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
* AVS Microgreens reserves the right to deny refund requests if policy conditions are not met.
* Policies may be updated without prior notice.
